Is EDEN HONEY organic?

We have selected the best RAW honey's in the EDEN district. We dont cook the honey to oreserve all the goodnes the bees add to their sweet product. There are NO added flavours or preservatives.
What Brandy do you use?

We have travelled to and tested mos of the Brandies available in South Africa and our master blender has blended a slect few brandies for the smootheset tase possible.
